Tiny screencasts about the Flutter™️ SDK by Google
Joel is the founder of https://egghead.io and he is amazing.
Sent him an email asking some initial tips on how to acquire new users to watch the lessons. He promptly answered with great feedback.
Some of them are already implemented: better mobile view -- was totally broken, not allowing users to watch content.
He also suggested ways to make the content broader so I could reach a bigger audience -- to be implemented.
Getting feedback from someone who has gone through this path already is priceless.
Thank you, Joel.
I've been mixing my time between creating episodes and improving the website.
Today I've added a custom simple chat so I can ask some questions to users and get feedback. I think it's a simple/effective communication channel between us.
I also changed the way episodes are shown, mostly in favor of mobile users. The initial design was created with Desktop in mind, which is not normally the case. It's better now.

Hey guys!
After a few months of development, I'm pleased to announce that https://tinycasts.dev is live!
You'll find a first episode already published. It's showing the first application we're going to build in the first series.
Each series will have its own theme and may deal with a different subject like state management, working with API's, authentication, animations, etc. Hope you enjoy it!
Feel free to send any suggestions to contact@tinycasts.dev or just click on the "Contact" button at the top of the website.
See you guys on the other side!

I've been working on my website, https://tinycasts.dev
Launch day (with Video content and all) is super close now. I plan to have it all in place in the next two weeks or so.
Can't wait to have it launched and start getting feedback from people.

Got around 20 new subscribers in Product Hunt, which is great.
Meanwhile, started playing around with my current Mic (tested with both my AirPods and a BOSE). Both were pretty bad to record audio.
Bought a new Mic and made some tests, looking good.

I've launched on Product Hunt (under Upcoming projects) and promoted in a couple of places like Facebook groups and Slack communities.
Even though they might not become paying customers, I'm thrilled that people showed interest at first.

I got in love with Flutter, to be honest. Coming from React Native world, Flutter provided a different Developer UX -- more productivity over fighting technology problems with installation, package integration, etc.

Was this just a random cold email? Quite nice that someone so high profile decided to help you out.
Just a cold email @dkb868. I think that being available to help out is part of who Joel is, even though I don't know much about him. He would help out regardless of being a high profile. I get your point though.
