I found a basic template and modified it. I created a form for early access sign ups and I'm doing outreach to meetup organizers to figure out the right problems to solve. The site was created with Ruby on Rails and I'm running the site on Heroku for hosting. Working to keep costs as low as possible until I have my first paying customer.
