It outlines all the warning signs that a company will soon meet its demise. Usually, I write from the feel-good angle. However, I think sometimes a more direct approach is needed.

May 8, 2020 Converted Insight Blog to Product

While the consulting part of Todd Insights was growing slowly, the insight posts were gaining attention. Taking inspiration from The Hustle I made a weekly newsletter for insights delivered to the inbox. People actually subscribed.

Now I am working to improve the content with more research and better writing.

March 21, 2020 A call with my business coach

While trying to build a service business my coach said, "What are you doing? Basically you are trying to recreate your startup with no funding and no team. Replace the brand with your name and sell your expertise." He was right.
