Sell leftover AI credits for USDC, cash out to your bank
I'm Andrew, I build small fintech things solo at Galleon Labs. usdctofiat.xyz is the other one.
The itch: I had prepaid credit at three providers I'd stopped using, plus an included monthly allowance I never came close to burning. It just expires. Meanwhile there is an inference market where buyers are actively paying for that same capacity.
So: paste a provider key, pick which models to offer, buyers route paid requests through it, and USDC lands in your own wallet per request. Cash out to Revolut, Monzo, Chime or Zelle directly, or Venmo, Cash App, Wise or PayPal after a one-time verification.
Two decisions I would defend. First, one house seller: sellers never create a marketplace account or manage an identity. We hold the seller identity, you hold the payout address. Your key goes to the marketplace encrypted per listing, so it never touches our database and we never hold a balance. Fewer steps, and if we vanish tomorrow the failure mode is "your key is with the marketplace", not "our database has your key".
Second, the pricing floor, which is the part I got wrong first. Routing on this market is strictly cheapest-wins, so the naive move is a repricer that always undercuts. What actually happens is that some sellers list below their own cost and then flap in and out as they get throttled or run dry. If you chase them you sell your own credit at a loss to win traffic you keep losing anyway. So the repricer undercuts the cheapest healthy offer and floors at your cost basis, and pay-as-you-go keys never go below 1.0x. You lose some volume to the dumpers. You keep your margin, and you are still listed when they flap out.
Numbers, honestly: first commit was yesterday, it is live today, revenue is zero and listing is free. Product Hunt tomorrow. I genuinely do not know yet whether supply or demand is the harder half, though my guess is supply, because "I have unused credit" is not a thing people think about until someone names it.
If you are sitting on credit you will never use, I would really like to know what would stop you from listing it. That is the answer I need most right now. Happy to go deeper on the architecture too.
About
Prepaid and included LLM credits expire unused. tokensto.cash lists that spare capacity on the Surplus Intelligence market, pays you USDC per request to your own wallet, and cashes out to your bank. Free to list.

The supply-side uncertainty feels like the most consequential unknown here, especially since unused credit isn't an obvious asset people naturally think to sell. The fact that you're already testing that assumption should produce useful signal quickly.
Hey, really cool product — the crypto-to-fiat off-ramp space is genuinely underserved for normal users who just want out without jumping through five exchange hoops.
I actually ran your product through Zarek (an AI launch co-pilot I built) to see what a real launch roadmap looks like. Here's what it produced for Tokens to Cash:
---
Zarek's launch plan for tokensto.cash (sample output)
Step 1 — Positioning copy (homepage / Product Hunt tagline)
> "Stop holding bags. Tokens to Cash converts your crypto directly to fiat — no exchange account, no KYC maze, no waiting."
Step 2 — Reddit / Indie Hackers post (community launch)
> "I built a dead-simple crypto off-ramp because I was sick of paying 3 exchanges just to get dollars in my bank. Here's what I learned shipping it solo — and the first 100 users who signed up organically."
Step 3 — SEO blog seed (targets long-tail search)
> "How to convert [token name] to USD without Coinbase — a step-by-step guide"
> (Zarek drafts this per token, auto-targeting searches like "convert USDT to bank transfer" — high intent, low competition.)
Step 4 — Directory submissions
> Short blurb Zarek drafts for listings like BetaList, There's An AI For That, and niche fintech directories:
> "Tokens to Cash — the fastest way to convert cryptocurrency tokens to real cash. No account needed on centralized exchanges."
---
All of that — copy, channel selection, scheduling — was generated automatically. I just told it the product and it figured out the roadmap.

Would love to know how the off-ramp is going — are you handling compliance yourself or using a partner for the fiat leg?
