Find the best tools for your online business
Customer decided to shutdown their business and ended the relationship as they moved on to their next role.
Feedback was really good though and they were good to work with. Hoping they choose to stick with tooltip for their next venture once they settle down
Someone found the website and signed up. Deeply embarrassed that I was swamped with contract work, and didn't have Stripe setup for email notifications, so I missed it for two days! Excited to chat with them soon to get their feedback. Also hyped to fix my on-boarding process now that there's a chance people will sign-up even given the current copy/product offering.

A lot of writing and community building + finally sharing a post in the right place (a specific subreddit). It took months of editing and back and forth with a contributor to get the post just right, but once it was done both of us were really happy with it and ready to publish.

Signed-up our first paying customer for research after chatting with them about the idea and gathering some feedback. The value props were clear to them, after a lot of iteration and feedback from very helpful founders and teams that had donated their time to me, so it felt like a no-brainer.
