TotemoTech is a new podcast of the latest tech news from Japan, powered by AI with computer-generated voice.
I built it using the following tech stack:
- Website: GitHub Pages and the Jekyll static site generator
- Theme: LinkRot podcast theme
- Audio file hosting: Internet Archive
- News source: ITmedia RSS feed
- English-language summaries: OpenAI API
- Text-to-speech: ElevenLabs API
- Programming: Good ol’ Python (source code)
