Private Project Tracking Workspace
I'm Sohail, a solo founder building under LYTDesign.
TrackLYT started from a personal frustration: every tracking tool I tried either did too little to be useful, or did so much that using it became its own chore. I wanted something that could quietly hold my projects, tasks, notes, and progress without constantly demanding attention.
So I built TrackLYT as a local first workspace. There are no ads, no tracking, and no requirement for an account to use it. The goal is simple: keep your work focused and private.
A lot of the work has gone into the foundation rather than just the surface. The interface is built around a consistent design system, projects are kept in separate workspaces, and progress and time tracking are part of the workflow rather than separate tools bolted on afterward.
It didn't happen quickly. I've spent months rebuilding parts that weren't right the first time, refining the workflow, the workspace structure, the interface, and even the small details in the settings and onboarding.
TrackLYT is now in Beta 1.
This is the point where I need real people to use it and tell me where I've got things wrong.
I'm interested in honest feedback: what feels calm, what feels clunky, what's missing, what you didn't expect, and whether the approach actually works when you're using it for real work.
This isn't a finished product, and I'd rather hear the hard feedback now than after launch.

Absolutely, that would be great. I’d also be happy to give you free access to the Beta so you can actually use TrackLYT yourself and give feedback based on a real project or workflow. Honest feedback from real use would be incredibly valuable to me at this stage. Thank you!

1. Clarify the hero section's core offering
Reviewer repeatedly expressed confusion about whether this is an agency, a tool, or something else, and explicitly recommended making the hero clearer on who it's for and what value it delivers.
2. Explain the relationship between the three ecosystems
Reviewer noted the three products are very different with distinct audiences, making it hard to understand the shared philosophy or decide if the site is relevant.
3. Rewrite Leadlit's description for immediate clarity
Reviewer stated they had no idea what Leadlit actually is after reading the copy and needed a clearer explanation of its purpose and users.
4. Add explicit target-audience statements for each product
Reviewer highlighted that Tracklit targets individuals while Leadlit targets teams, yet the page never states this directly, causing uncertainty.
5. Specify the platform and delivery model for Tracklit
Reviewer wondered if Tracklit is mobile-only or runs on-device and wanted that detail stated upfront to set expectations.
6. Make value propositions as concrete as Quoralet's
Reviewer found Quoralet's ad-free Quran promise the clearest of the three and suggested applying similar directness to the others.

This is exactly the kind of perspective that is difficult for me to get on my own. I’ve built the apps, websites, and the whole ecosystem myself, so sometimes I’m simply too close to it and can’t see what a new visitor sees. Your points about clarity, positioning, the relationship between the products, and the individual audiences are extremely valuable.
