Trading Blitz
Stock Trading Simulator Game - Solo & Two Player
The way most people learn how to trade is like playing poker with chips instead of real money. I built Trading Blitz to help new traders
a) Learn
b) Practice what they learn
c) Practice under pressure (the missing ingredient)
We've just finished building the simulator MVP. Next, we will be pairing it with courses to help people practice what they learn. The courses will help students develop their own profitable trading strategies which they can then test under pressure in Challenge mode.
Challenge (Two Player) - each player is shown the same anonymous chart and has 90 seconds to trade it. Warning: This game can be addictive.
Practice under pressure to create diamonds, not disasters!
Trading Blitz is similar to other simulators that use randomly selected historical charts. It loads 400 daily bars for you to evaluate how price/volume have evolved. You click Next Day and each new bar revealed becomes a buy/sell/hold/pass opportunity. You can trade the next 200 days. There are millions of potential charts to practice on.
There were several features I wanted which were not in these other platforms.
TradingView Charts - First, none were using TradingView. I prefer TradingView's charts, as do 50M other people. So, why not create a simulator that uses it.
Filtering - Second, none had the ability to filter these randomly selected charts. This is one feature I wished other simulators had. So, we added the ability to filter by market cap, volume, and price patterns (e.g. hanging man candles, MACD crossovers, etc.)
Have you ever been stuck in a stock that gapped down? Now, you can trade 1,000s of down gaps to see what the most common outcomes are, or to see if there are any insights you might gain into how your current position will play out.
Testing New Strategies - Let's say you've backtested a strategy that has a high win rate and profit factor, and a low drawdown. Let's say it's a MACD crossover with a number of other rules that ensure you're only selecting high quality setups. You can filter charts by MACD crossovers to practice them by hand to ensure you get the same results as your backtests or to further refine your strategy.
Proprietary Algorithm - For students who don't find their own edge, or a just lazy, we publish our own profitable algorithm to the website. Premium members can filter charts by our algorithm's historical signals to practice and then receive the live signals from the market each day. We continue to add new algorithms.
We also just released our mobile apps for Android (link) and iOS
