Hey there!

I've been wearing a Whoop for over two years, and my data never actually informed my training.

So I built TrainSmarter.

It's an AI coach you chat with that adapts your training plan to your data, schedule, and body.

This is actually pretty cool. The video says it's available for Garmin but it says coming soon on the website.

  Yes, Garmin is trickier to integrate with, so I decided to launch with Whoop first.
