I want to share my Android application, Transcribe Offline. It is a utility designed to convert speech from any audio or video file into structured text and subtitles entirely on your device.

### How it Works Internally:

To achieve high accuracy and stable performance on mobile devices, the application uses a straightforward local processing pipeline:

1. Audio Chunking (File Splitting): Long audio and video files are safely divided into smaller, manageable chunks to prevent memory issues and ensure smooth processing.

2. Silero VAD Integration: It utilizes the Silero Voice Activity Detection model to instantly identify actual speech segments and filter out silence, which makes the transcription process faster and saves battery.

3. On-Device Speech Recognition: An optimized local engine processes the audio chunks to output the final text or subtitle file.
