Hey Indie Hackers!

I’m the founder of a legal tech company with a working browser-based transcription tool that’s already being used by our 20-person team. We’re now looking for a technical co-founder to help us take it from internal MVP to scalable SaaS.

🧰 The App

• Desktop-based UI

• Python backend

• Live transcription (Deepgram or Google STT)

• Export to .docx

• Goal: Add video syncing, speaker tracking, transcript editing, and scale to law firms

🎯 You’d help with:

• Building speaker + video sync interface

• Improving STT accuracy and diarization

• Frontend editing UI (Quill/TipTap/etc.)

• Eventually: media processing, tagging logic, and deployment

💡 Why This Matters

• We're solving a real problem (court reporting / legal transcription)

• We have internal users now

• No guessing — just execution and polish

📈 Equity Only (for now)

• 1–5% equity based on scope and commitment

• Clear vesting + legal agreement

• Title: Technical Co-Founder, with future CTO potential
