Turn videos into transcripts, subtitles, and clips
We are building Transkrib for creators who work with long videos: webinars, podcasts, interviews, lessons, and product demos.
One piece of feedback we received is that after transcript quality, the next biggest time saver is probably clips.
That makes sense. A long video often already contains several useful moments, but finding them manually is slow.
Now we are thinking about the right workflow.
Option 1:
The tool automatically creates short clips from the video.
Option 2:
The tool suggests interesting moments, explains why they may work, and lets the creator approve or edit them.
My instinct is that fully automatic clips sound attractive, but creators may still want control over context, story, and tone.
If you work with video content, which workflow would you prefer?
And what would make an AI-selected clip feel trustworthy enough to use?
About
Long-form video contains a lot of value, but turning it into transcripts, summaries, subtitles, and short-form content is still too slow for many creators. Transkrib exists to make that first step easier: upload a video
