Added Country Cannabis Legality

Traveling to a country and want to know the legality of cannabis? Well look no further than our Travel Signals website, we now show detailed information about the legality of recreational cannabis all around the world. Whether it's illegal, decriminalized or about to become legal, our city information will reflect this!

Thank you for doing this. This is a very beautiful undertaking and should help a large number of people. I also tried the KBD and helps me, but I want to know if I can calmly accept the KBD without risks in some country or city. I love this one-https://seabede.org/buy-cbd-oil-and-cbd-products-in-san-diego/

How much do you think it takes to get rid of a headache permanently? I used to think a lot, but now it seems to me that there is only one tool and that is cbd capsules that can be found at https://blessedcbd.co.uk/product/cbd-capsules-900mg/ . I recommend that you definitely buy them, they are worth it. I wish you all good health and a good day!

Are you a fan of cannabis itself? Otherwise, I could suggest smoking/growing CBD flowers (not the ones with <0.2% thc) As these capsules and oils are really expensive, you can just get one/two plants a year to give you a supply for the year. Seeds are cheap and come in a lot of varieties as you could see here; https://www.zamnesia.com/35-cannabis-seeds .

There are 2 currency systems... one is the top $/Euro...
    One is the "Resident Country"
The 1st affect pricing and the 2nd just conversion rates?
    It's a bit weird

    1. 2

Hey mate thanks for the feedback I really appreciate another set of eyes on this. I've removed the superfluous currency selector in the menu so prices will default to USD until your country of residency is selected. Once this is selected prices will show in your local currency. I was watching your Full Story session, you gave it a thorough test :)

      1. 1

Seems like I can't change country/currency after I already had one selected?

        1. 2

Ah yes a caching issue... Let me investigate... Thanks :)

        2. 1

Ok pages are now caching. The issue now that I overlooked is that I either need to use a unique URL for each city and append a currency code or I use AJAX to update all the pricing and visa information when the page is loading. What would you do in this situation? If I use AJAX then I can prevent a page reload if users change their resident country, makes it a bit slicker I guess...

        3. 1

Have caching issues with the hosting. I'm waiting for SiteGround's tech ops to investigate the CloudFlare issue.

            Currency changes properly and such.
The flag and name next to it still don't ^^
(They are a bit of a duplication as well)

            #city_info > div > div.d-flex.justify-content-between.align-items-center

            1. 1

When you say duplication do you mean replace several class names with one? You are very thorough in your analysis of the site, much appreciated :) I'll look into the CSS for the flags.

              1. 1

I mean the country name and flag are already in the select box.
And they are next to the currency.
So one could possibly deprecate the one next to the currency.

                1. 1

Those are two separate things, one if for your resident country and the other is the country you are traveling to. Maybe it needs some more explanation and it not obvious...

                  1. 1

Right, sorry, might have been just me pidgin holing..

                    1. 1

No worries, I still appreciate the effort you've put in :)

The 1st "Load more" in "Nice This Time of Year" doubles the last place.. Nanjing/China
Or do is that stored double? shows with different temps..

    1. 1

Hmm interesting... I may have inadvertently fix this issue with another bug fix as I can't replicate it. Thanks for raising it :)

      1. 1

Can still see that duplication, now on Hangzhou/China

Where is Safety Rank from? 193rd / 336
Like that sounds worse than more than half the countries

    Google top result shows
    10th out of 162
Melbourne is a very safe city. With a rating of 88% Australia, is ranked 10th out of 162 on the ranking of the safest and most dangerous countries.
How safe is Melbourne | Safety Tips & Crime Maps | Safearound
    https://safearound.com › oceania › australia › melbourne

Which is like top 10 countries.

    1. 1

I got the rankings from Numbeo (https://www.numbeo.com/crime/rankings.jsp), I agree it seems way off especially for Melbourne. Thanks for the suggestion of SafeAround, site looks good.

    https://www.travelsignals.io/city/melbourne/
    Spaces missing in the text
"Decriminalized inNorthern TerritoryandSouth Australia.[14][15]Legal inAustralian Capital Territorybeginning in January 2020.[16]"

Also might be confusing/misleading to people, by the text it's not Decriminalized in Victoria, which Melbourne is in, due for the Melbourne page is says Decriminalized...
Don't really know the full meaning and status, but sounds a bit of a contradiction..

Would be [funny?] if someone tries to hold you liable for giving them the advice and they ending up with legal issues

    1. 1

Ha ha I might need to update my terms and conditions. I'm not sure the best way of displaying the legality because some states like in US are legal and some not. Any suggestions on what text I should display for the status? Maybe an asterisk next to the status.... Really appreciate the feedback!

      1. 1

Could add some like "Indicative only - must verify with local authorities"?
"Information from X - We take no responsibility for this information"
        something like..

It sounds like this should be per state not country, at minimum true for US and Aus.

        1. 2

Yea I agree, I think I'm going to write "It's Complicated" if the situation is not black and white :) Then have the tooltip to show additional info.
