Trekkerlist
Outdoor adventure planning and gear management tool.
Shared Trekkerlist to my friends and family on my personal social media. I was definitely a bit nervous about it and what kind of response I would get, but so far people have been really supportive and some friends have shown interest in the product.
No paying customers as of yet, but I'm happy the word is starting to get out and I know I have a lot more work to do.
I had signed up for Bubble years previous, but was overwhelmed with the complexity of the product and didn't build anything.
After spending time researching what could work for me, I realized that I needed to dive in and learn how to build with Bubble.
I quickly found a tutorial that I purchased that taught me how to build a Todo list app in bubble, which was a great starting point. I ended up purchasing 3 courses in total (all for under $100) and spent tens of hours on YouTube, the Bubble forum, and googling to learn the basics of Bubble.

I thought of Trekkerlist out of a personal need. I am an avid outdoorsman that spend many days at a time in remote wilderness. Making sure I bring the necessary gear and food for each trip is literally essential.
I also try to optimize and improve my gear setup or clothing layer system over time, but it can be hard to keep track and remember what gear to upgrade or what my food plan and portions were for each trip.
With that in mind, I looked around for a tool online that could help me with this and couldn't find one that fit what I was looking for. This prompted me to want to build it, but I didn't know where to start because I don't know how to code.

Trekkerlist exists because I wanted a gear list tool for my outdoor hiking and adventures that would allow me to optimize my pack weight, share my trip setups, and manage my gear inventory.
