Secure online polling with verified participation
I recently launched TrustedPoll, a secure online polling platform for organisations that need more confidence in their results.
Many teams use basic forms to run awards, internal decisions, community votes, and selections. They work for collecting responses, but they are not designed to provide verified participation, duplicate-vote protection, transparent results, or a clear outcome record.
TrustedPoll lets organisers:
Create structured polling campaigns
Use email-verified participation
Limit participants to one vote
Monitor live vote totals and percentages
Export campaign results
Generate result certificates
I built it for associations, schools, nonprofits, businesses, event organisers, professional bodies, and community groups.
The product is live, and there is a free plan for anyone who wants to try it.

The interesting part here is moving beyond collecting votes into creating trust around the outcome.

I think formal elections and awards have the strongest pull first.
Internal company decisions are useful, but many teams can already handle those with Slack polls, Forms, or existing tools. Community voting can work too, but it often becomes price-sensitive and informal.
Elections and awards have a clearer trust problem. Organisers need verified participation, duplicate-vote protection, transparent results, and a final record they can stand behind. That is where TrustedPoll feels meaningfully different from a basic form.
My current focus is associations, professional bodies, schools, communities, and event organisers running awards, selections, committee votes, and member decisions. I am still validating which segment responds fastest.
