TrustEscrow
Agreements, deposits, evidence & disputes on Polygon
Built a full-stack trust / governance infrastructure project over ~12 months.
Now exploring a sale / handoff of the entire project to a team that can take it further.
TrustEscrow is built for the part of commerce that traditional payment protection handles poorly: non-standard transactions involving services, milestones, actions, collaborations, and off-platform commitments.
Its core value is not just holding funds, but turning previously unprotected commitments into flows that can be structured, conditionally released, evidenced, reviewed, disputed, and resolved.
That makes it less of a simple escrow tool and more of a transaction-governance / trust infrastructure asset.
What the system currently supports:
- agreement lifecycle management
- conditional release logic
- evidence submission and storage
- dispute handling
- admin review workflows
- transaction-state management
- margin / risk logic
- audit / monitoring foundations
Current stack:
- NestJS
- Next.js
- PostgreSQL
- Redis
- Cloudflare R2
- Polygon / Amoy smart contracts
Current state:
- built over ~12 months
- web-first
- working testnet deployment
- Polygon mainnet-ready architecture
- pre-revenue
This is a full project handoff / asset sale, not a revenue-generating SaaS sale.
Included:
- source code
- smart contracts
- domain
- deployment / engineering docs
- existing demo materials
Important boundaries:
- not a live cash-flowing SaaS
- not a full KYC/AML / licensed compliance stack
- not a multi-chain production deployment
- AI is used as an assistance layer, not a final legal arbiter
Asking price: $50k OBO, open to serious offers.

About
Built to solve trust in high-friction digital deals via on-chain deposits and fair disputes. Due to regulatory limits in our region, we're selling the full codebase rather than operating it.
