TrustLoop

The governance layer for AI agents. Full visibility.

February 27, 2026 Looking for a Co-Founder (GTM / Growth) β€” TrustLoop, AI Governance SaaS, Pre-Seed

Hey IH community πŸ‘‹

I'm Soji, founder of TrustLoop β€” an AI governance and audit layer for MCP tool calls.

We sit between AI agents and their tools, intercept every action, log it to a

tamper-evident audit trail, and block unsafe actions via kill-switch.

Blockchain-anchored for compliance.

We're live at trustloop.live, public on GitHub, and already submitted to MCP

marketplaces. Pre-seed raise in progress (Β£200K, ASA, Β£2.5M cap).

---

What I've built:

- Full MCP proxy server (Node.js, Supabase, Railway)

- Blockchain anchoring via smart contracts (Solidity, Hardhat)

- Marketing website, investor deck, privacy policy

- Listings on mcp.so, awesome-mcp-servers, Reddit r/mcp, Cline Discord

What I'm missing:

I'm a builder, not a distributor. I need someone who wakes up thinking about

growth, communities, and getting in front of the right people.

---

Who I'm looking for:

A co-founder who can own GTM, growth, and distribution:

- Developer community marketing (Discord, Reddit, HN, Twitter/X)

- MCP marketplace relationships and listings

- Compliance/enterprise outreach (CISOs, legal teams, CTOs)

- Content marketing β€” writing, demos, social

- Early sales β€” finding and closing first 10 paying customers

- Partnership conversations with AI platform teams

Nice to have:

- Background in developer tools, security, or compliance SaaS

- Existing audience or network in the AI/agent space

- Experience in early-stage B2B GTM

---

What you get:

- Meaningful equity β€” this is a real co-founder role, not a contractor

- Pre-seed funding in progress

- A product that's already built and live

- A market with genuine regulatory tailwind (EU AI Act)

- Full autonomy on the GTM side β€” I stay in the product

---

The honest pitch:

TrustLoop is at the right place at the right time. MCP is becoming the standard

for AI tool use. Every team deploying agents needs governance. The EU AI Act makes

it mandatory. I've built the product β€” I need someone who can make sure the right

people find it.

    Hey πŸ‘‹

Saw your project β€” looks interesting.

Quick question: are you open to collaborations or partnerships?

I have a SaaS product that could be a great fit to promote (commission-based).

    Let me know πŸ‘

TrustLoop β€” Week 1 update: 0 signups, a working demo, and what I learned about the gap between vision and reality

Posted my first IH post last week. Zero signups since. Here's what I've been doing instead of refreshing the waitlist page.

What I shipped this week

I recorded a live demo. Not a slideshow. Not a Loom walkthrough. The actual proxy running, intercepting a real tool call, blocking it, logging it.

You can watch it here: TrustLoop

The 30-second version: an AI agent calls delete_all_files. TrustLoop intercepts it before it executes. The dashboard shows the block in real time. That's the whole pitch in one clip.

What's actually built vs what I'm selling

This is the part I want to be honest about, because IH is the right place for it.

The proxy works. The interception works. The kill-switch works. Plug it into Claude Desktop via MCP and it genuinely blocks calls and logs them to SQLite in real time.

The blockchain anchoring? It exists. It SHA-256 hashes the audit log and writes it to a smart contract. But right now it runs on a local Hardhat test node, not a real chain. And you have to trigger it manually.

So the honest state is: the governance layer is real. The immutability story is a demo skeleton.

What needs to happen next: per-event hashing in the proxy, auto-anchoring to a public chain (probably Polygon or Base), self-serve onboarding so someone can get an API key without talking to me.

The thing nobody tells you about building AI tooling

The hardest part isn't the code. It's that the people who most need this product are the same people who are moving too fast to stop and think about governance.

Every founder I talk to says "yeah we should probably have something like this." Then they go back to shipping features.

I think the only way to sell this is to make the demo so viscerally obvious that they feel the problem in the room. Hence the video.

What I'm focused on this week

  • Get one real user. Not a friend. A stranger.

  • Wire up Stripe so early access has a price attached

  • Move anchoring from localhost to a real testnet

If you watched the demo β€” what would make you actually pay for this today? What's missing?

February 26, 2026 Your AI agent just did something you didn't approve. Did you know?

Probably not. And that's exactly the problem.

AI agents are no longer a side experiment. They're inside real businesses right now β€” reading files, writing code, sending messages, making decisions. And in almost every case, the team that deployed them has zero visibility into what those agents are actually doing once they're running.

Think about that for a second.

You have handed an autonomous system access to your tools, your data, your infrastructure, and you have no audit trail, no way to pause it, no kill-switch. If it does something wrong, you won't know until after the damage is done.

I couldn't stop thinking about this. So I built TrustLoop.

What it does:

TrustLoop sits between your AI agent and the tools it uses. Every single action gets intercepted, logged, and checked against your governance rules, in real time. If an agent tries to do something it shouldn't, you block it instantly from a dashboard. One click. No code changes.

It works with Model Context Protocol (MCP), which is quickly becoming the standard for how AI agents use tools, and plugs into Claude, GPT, or any LLM-powered agent in minutes.

Where I am at:

  • Shipped and live, not just a landing page

  • Claude Desktop integration working end-to-end with real governance enforcement

  • Real time dashboard showing every agent action, blocked or allowed

  • Early Access open at trustloop.live

I am Soji Joseph, building this solo from London. No investors yet. No big launch. Just a problem I kept seeing everywhere and a product that I genuinely believe needs to exist.

This is my first time talking about it publicly. Would love brutal, honest feedback from people actually building with agents.

If you are shipping AI agents, what is your current answer when someone asks what did your agent actually do today?

About

AI agents are inside businesses with zero oversight , no audit trail, no kill-switch. TrustLoop fixes that. Every action logged, every bad action blocked, in real time.
