TrustVerifi
Build Trust. Prove Credibility. Grow Without Limits.
Over the past few weeks, we've been speaking with recruiters, founders, and businesses about hiring challenges.
One theme keeps coming up repeatedly:
Candidates are becoming better at presenting themselves online.
Strong resumes.
Polished LinkedIn profiles.
Impressive portfolios.
Well-crafted applications.
But several hiring managers shared the same concern:
Some candidates look exceptional during the hiring process, yet struggle to meet expectations once they start the role.
In some cases, hires are being replaced within weeks or months because the actual capability doesn't match the impression created during hiring.
The challenge isn't finding candidates anymore.
The challenge is knowing who can genuinely deliver what they claim.
For founders, recruiters, and businesses:
How are you validating candidate claims before making a hiring decision?
Hey Indie Hackers 👋
I’ve been talking to freelancers, founders, and small business owners lately — and one theme keeps coming up: building trust online is harder than ever.
Clients don’t just look at portfolios anymore.
They check reviews (often fake), compare star ratings, and try to figure out who’s actually real.
That’s why I built TrustVerifi — a platform that helps professionals, freelancers, and businesses prove their credibility through verified identities, authentic testimonials, and live trust scores.
It’s not another review site — it’s about verified proof, not empty praise.
💡 What we’re testing right now:
KYC/KYB verification (instant proof of authenticity)
Verified testimonials (guest or registered reviewers)
Dynamic badges and trust analytics
Public, shareable profiles for every verified member
Here’s the thing I’d love your input on:
👉 How do you currently prove your credibility to new clients or employers?
👉 What would make you instantly trust someone online?
I’d love to hear real stories — this will help us build something that genuinely helps freelancers and founders show who they are beyond LinkedIn or reviews.

To prove you’re trustworthy online when everyone looks the same, focus on verifiable proof and transparency. Use verified identities or business credentials, showcase real client testimonials (preferably linked to verified profiles), and share concrete examples of your past work with measurable results. A professional, transparent profile—complete with reviews, case studies, and consistent communication—signals reliability more than any claim can. Ultimately, trust is built through visible authenticity: letting others independently confirm who you are, what you’ve done, and that you deliver what you promise.
Hey Indie Hackers 👋
After months of building, we’ve launched TrustVerifi, a platform that helps professionals, freelancers, and businesses prove their credibility online — through verified identities, authentic testimonials, dynamic badges, and live trust scores.
💡 The problem
So many talented people lose opportunities — not because they lack skill, but because others can’t verify their trustworthiness quickly. Reviews are often fake, portfolios aren’t verified, and credibility is hard to measure.
🧩 The solution
TrustVerifi brings together everything that builds digital trust:
✅ KYC/KYB verification for individuals & businesses
⭐ Verified testimonials (guest or registered reviewers)
🏅 Dynamic trust badges & live Trust Scores
💬 Sentiment analytics & response tracking
🌍 Public profiles & shareable widgets
We want to make proof as powerful as promises — so your reputation travels with you everywhere you work.
🎯 Our vision
To make verified credibility a global standard — helping freelancers win projects faster, professionals stand out, and businesses build authentic reputations.

Really like what you’re building with TrustVerifi, authenticity is becoming a real moat online, and your approach to verifying businesses and creators feels timely. It’s clean, trust-centered, and solves a pain that’s only growing as AI-generated everything floods the web.
Two small ideas that could compound:
Add a visual badge tier system (verified / trusted / gold) to help users signal credibility faster.
Pair it with browser or checkout integrations so verification is seen at the exact trust gap moment.
Curious, what single activation best predicts a verified/paying user: first identity check, public badge added, or verification embedded on their site? And which channel brings qualified users right now; marketplaces, communities, or search?
P.S. I’m with Buzz, we build conversion-focused Webflow sites and pragmatic SEO for trust-driven product launches. Happy to share a short GTM checklist if useful.

Really appreciate this thoughtful feedback — you nailed the core challenge we’re solving. 🙌
Totally agree on both ideas:
Badge Tiers: we’ve already started designing a tiered trust system (Verified → Trusted → Elite) tied to a mix of review quality, KYC/KYB level, and consistency over time. It’s in the pipeline for our next enhancement sprints.
Browser / Checkout Integrations: spot on — those “trust gap” moments are exactly where we want TrustVerifi to appear, especially for service providers and SaaS businesses.
On activations, early data shows that users who embed their badge or trust widget publicly convert to paid and verified tiers faster — visibility drives motivation. For channels, communities and direct referrals are performing better than search right now, especially among freelancers and small agencies.
And yes, we’d love your GTM checklist — pragmatic SEO and conversion insight is gold for us right now. If you’re open to sharing, please send it through 🙏

Nice one! The concept of “trust verification” is growing fast — nice to see a solution like TrustVerifi tackling it.
Curious: what’s the core tech behind it (machine learning, blockchain, simple API)?
And how are you thinking about your first users or beta testers?
Really looking forward to following your progress here 🚀-

Hi Simon,
Thanks so much — really appreciate your thoughtful question! 🙏
TrustVerifi’s foundation combines verified identity (via ComplyCube API), sentiment + credibility analysis powered by Azure AI, and dynamic scoring logic built on our proprietary reputation model. We’re not using blockchain at this stage (to keep verification accessible globally), but we’ve designed the data structure to be auditable and secure with encrypted verification trails.
For our first users, we’re focusing on freelancers, job seekers, and businesses — essentially anyone who needs visible, verifiable trust to win faster.
Our beta group is already testing identity verification and dynamic badges, and we’re onboarding more early users week by week.
Would love your feedback once you’ve had a chance to explore it!

Thank you for your answer! I understand how it works for freelancers or company profiles, but for job seekers, especially those who are new or lack experience, how can they gain reviews or build up reliable credibility? Who decides on or vouches for a candidate’s reliability? Do you mainly focus on people who already have a professional network or prior experience?
I’ll be glad to test the platform and will definitely share my feedback once I’ve tried it!

That’s a great question — and one we’ve been very intentional about solving. 🙌
For job seekers and fresh graduates, TrustVerifi helps build credibility even before they have long work histories:
Early reviews: They can request testimonials from mentors, project leads, professors, or even internship supervisors — all verified via email or document upload.
Identity verification (KYC): Every verified user earns a baseline Trust Badge showing they’re a real person with a verified identity — no fake profiles or spam.
Profile completeness: By adding skills, portfolios, and verified education details, they can still achieve a strong Profile Integrity score.
Starter badges: We’ve built badges like “Verified Beginner” and “Explorer” to help new users start their trust journey without prior clients.
The goal is to make TrustVerifi inclusive — not just for established professionals, but for those taking their first steps and wanting to show they’re genuine and ready to grow.
Really appreciate your interest and would love your feedback once you try it! 🙏

This is such a timely solution, credibility really is currency online. it might especially resonate with service providers in emerging markets or freelancers working across borders, since they are often judged by trust before skill. I can already see JustVerifi closing that gap.
I would like to get your permission to share this news

That means a lot — thank you! 🙏
You’ve captured our mission perfectly — credibility truly is the new currency, and we’re building TrustVerifi to make it measurable and portable across borders. 🌍Absolutely, please feel free to share the news!
We’d love for more freelancers and businesses — especially in emerging markets — to discover how verified reputation can unlock global opportunities.Thank you again for the support — it really helps us spread the movement toward proof-based trust. 💙

About
I started TrustVerifi after seeing talented freelancers, job seekers, and even businesses lose opportunities — not because of lack of skill, but because clients and employers couldn’t verify their credibility fast enough
