Truvem
Persistent memory infrastructure for AI agents
Today I published TMX (Truvem Memory eXchange) v0.1 — an open JSON standard for AI agent memory portability.
The problem: if you store agent memories in Mem0, you can't move them to Zep. Every provider = permanent lock-in.
TMX fixes this. Like SMTP for email, TMX lets agent memories travel across any framework or provider.
Spec: https://github.com/truvem/truvem/blob/main/TMX.md
Would love feedback from indie hackers building with AI agents.
I built Truvem solo because every AI agent I worked with forgot everything between sessions. No memory = no real intelligence.
The solution: a simple REST API. write_memory() to store. read_memory() to retrieve. Works with GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Llama. Free during MVP.
Launched today on Product Hunt 👉 https://www.producthunt.com/posts/truvem
Would love feedback from the IH community!
