Try Nano Banana
Instant AI Image Generator
TL;DR
I built Try Nano Banana to shorten time-to-first-image. It’s a prompt-first web app for quick drafts: text-to-image, simple edits, and multi-image fusion. Every new account gets one free generation (failed attempts don’t consume it).
Why I made it
Most image tools feel heavy when you just need a fast, usable draft to validate a prompt or test an ad idea. I wanted a first-mile tool that gets out of the way.
What it is
Minimal UI: prompt → generate → download (PNG/JPEG)
Three modes: Text-to-Image, Image Editing, Multi-Image Fusion
Works on desktop & mobile
What’s different
Focused scope (no bloat): built for drafting and handoff, not a full suite
Clear trial: one free image per account; failures don’t burn the trial
Distinct model profile that complements SD-based tools during concept exploration
Looking for feedback
How fast does the first render feel on your phone/4G?
Any confusing copy or steps in the UI?
Which presets or export sizes would make it more useful?
Where does it fit (landing hero, ads, thumbnails, mood boards, storyboards)?
Try it: https://trynanobanana.io/
I’ll be in the thread today—happy to answer questions and share implementation details.
About
I’m making Try Nano Banana to cut the setup tax. When you need a quick visual to validate a prompt or mock an ad, it gets you from idea to first image fast—without heavy settings.
