Today marks the day the site surpassed the 100 premium subscribers milestone!
I keep seeing flurries of new users signing up which is hugely motivating and I'm getting to the point where I just want to spend every minute of the day writing new content or improving the functionality of the site...
Creating a product that also helps to reduce the impact we have on the environment has been a huge motivator for me. Every subscription I get equals another 🌲 planted and more carbon captured.
This year's goal is to fund the planting of 10,000 trees with the profits from my side hustle!
It’s been just over a year since I re-introduced a user system on my site and less than a year since I launched the challenge system. Since then, I’ve seen the growth of users steadily increase and I’ve seen more and more participation on the forums.
I'm just 3 months into developing programming courses on my site and selling them through premium subscriptions.
It's been incredible seeing people actively support my work and help move the needle closer towards me being able to work on this side project full time!
This was the day I got my first paid subscriber! I had only just implemented the ability to pay for a subscription on the site and put up 1 or 2 premium videos of my new course, so I was not expecting to see any form of customers just yet!
Thankfully, he is still a subscriber 4 months on!
