Took my sweet time, really making sure that we got the UI right, especially in the "editor" portion of the app. To me it was really crucial that it be really easy for users to set up tests on their websites.

Additionally I probably overengineered it, but the site is build like a fortress. I was always scrambling to keep Juicer running because of tradeoffs I made in the beginning, and I didn't want to make that mistake again.

Came up with the idea for Tweeker with my co-founder from Juicer, Amit. When we were working on Juicer we wanted to experiment with the copy on our homepage to see if we could increase our conversion rate but all the A/B testing tools we could find were terrible. Plus we were afraid of screwing up our SEO. So we build Tweeker to combat these issues.

Plus we noticed a similar gap in the market that we did when we started Juicer: there were lots of tools that did what we did, but they were terrible and too expensive.

So we started doing what we do best, making a beautiful, easy to use tool.
