It's happened. It may not seem like much but this March we've actually managed to find a few sprint days to put to tinkering with twiDAQ's new mobile experience.
A few hours work goes a long way to restore some faith in a platform that has as clearly-awesome foundation... and is really just lacking a modern interface.
Already available in the AppStore, the nascent new twiDAQ app is starting to feel pretty great already!
This year, our small team plans to take a little time aside from OneSub to put some energy into getting twiDAQ back up and running.
Mostly this means finishing off a move to VueJS so that we can launch a passable mobile-web front end.
The idea of twiDAQ goes back as far as July 2010.. when we started to build out the foundations of the product you see today.
It launched and grew very quickly but the underlying engineering was not built to scale and very quickly burst through a load of glass ceilings.

I love Twitter, but I have no clue how the stock exchange works, will I still be able to play it?
Yes! We've tried to make it super-easy to get going. Your game character, Jim, talks you through getting started and there are five full levels, each opening up new tricks, skills and ideas... The first level is designed for folks who have no clue.
In the end, twiDAQ is about having fun. You just need to buy shares in celebs who you think are going to have a good week in the media 😅 .. or sportspeople who're about to win gold.. 🏅
