TwitRiv

TwitRiv.com was built as part of the 12 Startups in 12 Months Challenge (Open Source Edition) that I'm currently doing.

Twitter is one of the ways that I'm working on marketing my products, but I really don't like using the Twitter interface. It feels too cluttered and it is always trying to show other information that I'm not interested in.

I often use Nitter to browser Twitter content, but one of the downsides is that it does not link up to your Twitter account. I really wanted to have a Nitter-like interface that could pull in the information from my Twitter account. The result was that I ended up building TwitRiv.

It was not originally planned as the 2nd startup in the challenge, but I found out that Twitter was having a hackathon so I decided to move it up in the priority list in order to participate. It did not win anything, but it was a good experience being able to participate in the hackathon.

TwitRiv is a freemium product so it has a free version that you can try out and then there are advanced features available to premium subscribers. I hope you find it useful!
