I’ve always felt that customer support tools were strangely fragmented.
If you wanted live chat, that was one tool.
If you wanted AI replies, another.
Remote assistance? Another system.
Video calls? Yet another vendor.

As an indie maker, I found myself stitching together 3–5 different products just to provide “basic” support for users.
It was expensive, messy, and honestly… completely unnecessary in 2025.

So I decided to build TWT Chat — a simple, fast, all-in-one AI customer support system that anyone can set up in minutes.
Something that I could have used when building my earlier products.
Something lightweight, but powerful.
Something small teams can rely on without drowning in cost or complexity.

Today, TWT Chat is fully functional, totally free to start, and already helping early users automate repetitive support, handle multilingual conversations, and manage messages across multiple channels in one place.
