We have refreshed our logo! www.typedesk.com came off the ground about a year ago, and let's face it, the logo is usually what comes last.

We did put some work into the initial version, but it's always been in progress, prone to updates, slight color adjustments etc.

We're not happy with our latest iteration and we are pushing it to our apps an website with our updates.

We went for something simple, curvy and that connects with our concept: putting human conversation back into customer relations!

Today is a GREAT day: We have 1, nay, 2 major updates for you!

After processing all the feedback we have received, we are super happy to share a brand new version of the browser extension that goes way beyond the call of duty:

• The last used canned responses is now bumped to the top of the list by default
• Login with Google now works like a charm
• It is now super easy to create and edit canned responses online

We have also released an update of our online app.

Common wisdom in startup product management is to move fast and break things. The first version or our web app was doing a great job with team management but was missing some key features, namely creating and editing canned responses. It's over!
