    Thanks.
    I've built it on Quasar which is Vue3 components library and cross platform framework.
    It is an awesome framework because it has many components, very flexible, well documented, very stable, and provide all the tools that you need.

    Canva was indeed an inspiration for this design because I find it very convenient for this kind of work, and their color pallet works well.
    Designing a form is similar in many ways to designing in Canva
