After a few weeks without updates, I bundled a bunch of improvements and launched them.
Typehut now has two new templates, site meta descriptions, RSS support, password-protected sites, support for embeds, and a lot more stuff!

Custom domains are now available in Typehut as part of the Pro plan.
You can basically point any domain or subdomain you own to Typehut and use it as your site's URL.
This is something I had never done before so it took a while for me to wrap my head around what I needed to do but in the end, it came out great!

Hi Cesar! Awesome to hear you got custom domains working :). I'm trying to do something similar with my own project — would you mind sharing your general approach? Pretty lost right now on how to deal with this.
Typehut first launched earlier this month with a free plan that allowed users to create sites and posts, but restricted customization.
I'm now launching the Pro version, focused on customizing sites, starting with the design. Custom domains will be available shortly.
Our Free plan will continue to be available, as it's a great acquisition channel: users share their sites and there's a link at the bottom pointing to Typehut.
So after working on Typehut for about a month, I just launched it.
It has all the basics covered: post publishing, email subscriptions and labels. It's also super fast and simple to get started with.
The Pro plan isn't really ready just yet, so I'm gonna start working on those features as soon as possible.
