Learned that it takes more work than we thought to create a course
Need more time to focus on growth hacking
Creating a facebook group seems to create true fans when engaged
Everything is easier with a structured process so created SOPs for social, content, growth hacking etc

Presold the course before creating it
Launched a landing page with ability to preorder
Did a countdown clock to an increase in 50% price
Spoke at an event to kick it off
Created an email funnel in mailchimp that was shitty but did the job
Decided if we hit $5k we'd launch if not we'd give money back

Launched the course on Thinkific
Found a cofounder who knew more about online business than I
Started to come up with blog posts to get people into email funnel
Realized I'm cheap and I hate spending so got Ryan to do paid ad's
Tested my ideas to my personal email list for buyers
