I did some marketing on forums. I got 11 sign-ups but I messed up because I could get feedback from first users. I had no survey in my email workflow and not all users confirm their emails so my tool block sending. I sent surveys by hand but probably they are in spam, got 0 responses. Now, I'm improving surveys: auto survey after 1 day of sign up, build-in surveys in-app.
I have been working on my project for one year. IMO, It took too long to release an early-stage MVP but I am happy that I finished this step. I learned and discovered a lot of new things like digital marketing, lean methodology, SEO and I see that is only the beginning of the exciting journey of bootstrapping my own application! Now I have to take off the ground to the moon :) with fast product loops. 🚀🚀🚀🌑
