UNITY
Your health, unified. One timeline for all with AI insights.
Modern health fails in the gaps between appointments.
Your clinician sees you for minutes a month — then asks you to remember weeks of meals, sleep, training, how you felt, and what you logged. Almost nobody can. People download five apps, burn out, and the daily story disappears. Noncommunicable disease still kills 43M+ people a year (WHO). Almost all of it unfolds between visits — invisible.
I built UNITY because the fix isn’t another silo. It’s a daily home you want to open.
UNITY. Your Health, Unified.
One timeline for fitness, nutrition, journaling, habits, and wearables — with NOVA AI that knows your day, not the internet’s. Privacy-first. Everything in one place — finally.
Here’s what that actually means:
One day in UNITY — meals, regimen logs, workouts, journal entries, and wearable signals sit side by side on a timestamped timeline. “Why did I feel like that?” finally has evidence instead of memory.
The complete system — photo + notes calorie estimator, regimen tracker, multi-entry journal, AI Program Architect, XP/streaks/quests, GPS Moves with on-device route art, Circle for support (not a feed), and a Health Vault that stays on your device.
Coach Studio · free forever — unlimited clients, live dashboards, whitelist-only shares. Built for coaches who hate per-client SaaS tax.
NOVA · Wellness AI — briefings and insights grounded in what you logged. Program Architect. Guardrails. Not a clinician. Can be wrong. That’s honesty, not a disclaimer afterthought.
Wearables out of their silos — Oura, WHOOP, Withings today; a bigger hub on the roadmap. Sleep, HRV, readiness, strain on the same day as your meals and journal.
Privacy is the product — no ads, never sell data, vault not sent to AI by default, consent-only sharing. Built like a wellness app should have been all along.
And then there’s the destination that keeps me building at 2am:
What happens when 500 million people stop losing their health story?
Dense, consented, user-owned daily data changes what’s possible. Our landing page models an optimal long-term trajectory at that scale — 6.1M+ modeled lives saved per year, plus figures across cancer, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, autoimmune hospitalization, treatment failure, and more. That’s ambition with receipts on the site — not current clinical claims. Today UNITY is a consumer wellness organizer. Not a medical device. We don’t diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
The moat is simple and kind of beautiful: streaks and quests make logging a habit → the habit builds the record → the record is what makes useful wellness AI (and better personal organization between visits) possible at all.
If you’ve ever juggling MyFitnessPal + a journal + a wearables app + a habit tracker and thought “why isn’t this just… one thing?” — that’s the itch.
I’m shipping the health operating system people actually open every day — and aiming it at a future where the gap between visits isn’t a black hole anymore.

Congrats on launching. One thing I immediately wondered about is trust in the transition to a single health hub. The vision makes a lot of sense, but asking someone to move their nutrition, workouts, journals, wearables, and daily habits into one system is a much bigger commitment than downloading another health app. I think users will decide very early whether UNITY feels like a reliable long-term home for their data or just another tracker they’ll eventually abandon. That first impression will probably matter just as much as the AI insights.
I specialize in independent product validation for early-stage SaaS. I evaluate products from a genuine first-time user’s perspective, uncover where trust, clarity, or usability break down, and produce professional walkthrough videos alongside structured findings that founders can use to improve onboarding, product adoption, and marketing.
The interesting opportunity isn't combining health apps into one timeline—it's becoming the place where people's health story actually lives between clinical visits. I'd keep validating whether users stay because UNITY replaces multiple apps or because it becomes the single source of context they trust to understand their own health over time.
