Unlock SaaS
Your first paying customer in 60 days, or you do not pay.
TL;DR: Solo founder, non-engineer. Shipped a SaaS with Claude Code, dashboard stayed at $0 for weeks. Realised the gap between "product is live" and "someone paid you" was its own discipline nobody teaches. Built a 7-step playbook around it. Shipping it today as Unlock SaaS – $49/mo with a 60-day refund tied to your first verified Stripe payment. Free 90-second diagnostic at unlocksaas.com/diagnostic.
The gap nobody talks about
Every founder resource I could find lived on one side of a line I couldn't cross:
Audience-building stuff assumes you have an audience to build.
Traffic stuff assumes you have a budget.
Funnel courses assume you already have a funnel.
Launch threads assume the launch is the hard part.
None of them addressed what I actually had: a shipped product, a Stripe dashboard at $0, and zero idea what to write on the page so the first person would buy.
The work between "product is live" and "someone paid you" turned out to be its own job. And nobody was teaching it.
What I did about it
I wrote down every move that worked when I got my own first paying customers. Not abstract advice – the exact sequence:
Pin one real person you're selling to (a specific human, not a persona)
Write one real promise (a result they'd pay for, not a feature list)
Build one real offer (the promise + terms that make it hard to refuse)
Send one real message (to a place that human actually reads)
That became the spine of Unlock SaaS – a 7-step playbook for the founder who shipped and stalled.
What's different about it
Every step is verified inside Stripe. Not "did you finish the worksheet" – did Stripe confirm a real charge from a real customer. The Playbook doesn't advance you until Stripe says yes.
Pricing is honest about the asymmetry. $1 Starter unlocks Steps 1 and 2. $49/mo Core is the full system with a 60-day money-back guarantee tied to your first verified Stripe payment. If the system doesn't produce a paying customer in 60 days, you don't pay. The refund is wired in code, not "email me and I'll think about it."
That's the only deal I could write that I'd accept if I were on the other side.
Honest current state
Pre-revenue except for $3.80/mo (first dollar in, ladder rung one – page is fresh)
Built with Claude Code on Next.js 16, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Resend
Solo founder, side project, non-engineer
Strategy locked May 17, 2026
No testimonial section yet because there are no testimonials yet, and I'm not publishing fake ones
Who this is for
Non-engineer founders who shipped with AI tools (Lovable, Claude, Cursor, Replit, v0, Bolt) and have a flat Stripe line.
Who this is NOT for
Founders who haven't shipped yet – the Playbook starts from a live product
Founders chasing audience growth or content strategy – this is about turning a working page into a working sale, not reach
Founders already past first paying customer – you're past this rung

Try the diagnostic first (free, 90 seconds, no email)
Paste any product URL into the diagnostic. You'll get one of three labels back – Wrong Person, Weak Offer, or Weak Belief – plus the specific next step.
Genuinely curious for IH:
Founders who've done it: what would you add to those four moves?
Founders mid-flatline right now: what's the specific thing you're stuck on? I'll answer in the comments.
The Verified Builders wall at unlocksaas.com/builders is empty today. If you ship a verified first paying customer using the Playbook, you go on the wall.

This is a very real gap. A lot of advice starts either too early, like “build an audience,” or too late, like “optimize your funnel,” but skips the awkward middle where the product is live and nobody has paid yet.
I like the framing around “the work between product is live and someone paid you.” Curious what you found to be the highest-leverage step in that middle stage: messaging, direct outreach, onboarding, or pricing?
