November 29, 2022 After 6 months, my blog has hit 10k visitors

I didn’t know much about SEO.

I had no prior experience building a blog.

All I had was a willingness to learn, apply the strategy I learned, and follow the process to the point.

Luckily for me, the strategy worked.

Thanks to it, my brand blog received almost ten thousand visitors. All within 6 months after starting it.

And they all came from Google searches.

October 27, 2022 I just got accepted by Google Adsense and it feels great

I just got accepted by Google Adsense.

From this point forward, the blog officialy makes money.

I tried to apply when the site had 5 blog posts written, but I got declined.

Later on, when site had ~20 articles, I reapplied for the program and got accepted right away.

October 5, 2022 My process for building an MVP in 14 days

I knew that Wordpress is a big no-no for me. After all, I'm a web developer by heart.

Because of this, I decided to build the blog from ground up. I used Gatsby for the website and Netlify CMS for the hosting.

The initial version was simple and ugly. All it had was blog post pages that oculd be only directed by pasting URL.

But it served its purpose. And most imprtantly, Google could index it right away.

August 21, 2022 How I came up with this idea

I got sucked into the world of SEO.

I knew I have to give it a try.

Because I was already writing tutorials about React, I decided I'll target React developers with my blog.

I didn't use any SEO tool to help me find keywords. All I did was use the google A-Z autosuggest method.

After a full day of research. I had a content buffer of 30+ React articles.
