Hey IH.. after 15+ years in IT and security, I realized the biggest drain on an IT admin's time isn't infrastructure breaking.
It's the 15 daily Slack messages from HR asking for a password reset, an alias addition, or an onboarding setup.
The problem is you can't give HR global admin access without creating a massive security vulnerability. So IT just eats the workload.
I built UserDesk to fix this. It's a way for IT to safely delegate M365 tasks to non-technical staff with strict permission boundaries. If you've ever managed a company's M365 tenant, you know exactly what this pain feels like. Would love feedback on the landing page messaging to make sure it's landing with the right audience.
