Last week I got my first enterprise subscription for Userdesk.io.

It's the first time ever that this has happened to me.

It is exciting and scary at the same time.

Exciting about the MRR bump (+$499/month), scary because if they churn the MRR drastically reduce as well.

But let's celebrate for now 🥳

This happened last week, 2 people subscribed to userdesk.io in 2 days.

I felt absolutely great.

But then I checked the activity...

Userdesk allows you to create AI Chatbots trained on your data, and to embed the chat widget on your website.

None of them embedded it, so I'm happy, but a bit perplexed.

I'll definitely investigate with the users.

There are many products in the market with Notion in the name.

But after reading the policy of Notion, I discovered that "Notion" is trademarked.

And specifically, when you use it referring to their product, you just can't do that.

So, I re-branded Notionbase to Userdesk 🙌

I like to validate my new product ideas via pre-sales.

I prepare a landing page where I describe the value proposition, and how I intend to solve it.

I was able to sell 20 lifetime deals at $69 in 24 hours with a single tweet.

That was a very strong signal, so let's build it 💪
