Started working on UserLoop with #NoCode

I'm a product manager in my day job and had been looking around at various customer satisfaction platforms - most of them were to complicated and expensive for my needs.

I decided to start work on building my own customer satisfaction platform over the holiday period instead.

First public version was ready to go on Jan 1st!
