Continued to market Vabotu via Social, Youtube, Product Hunt, Hacker news and other sources. The biggest challenge is continuing to find the right place to invest the marketing money into that will attract more customers. The ideal customer desiring our product.

We raised prices from $9.99 to $12.99 and now we have 4-plans, a free plan, a Studio plan starting at $29.99, an Agency Plan starting at $59.99 and Enterprise plan. Initially I thought keeping the pricing cheap will attract customers however many complained that they would not trust a software that only costs $9/month...go figure.

We released the iOS, Android, Web, Mac and Windows apps to the public early 2019. What an exciting move! It took a lot of work, sweat, and a ton of testing. We thought we had it just right...until the reviews came in. At first I got discouraged, but then i realized that it is these reviews that will help me to improve and make Vabotu the product it needs to be.

After almost two years fo working on Vabotu, from research to concept, to user experience design to user interface design, development, start again from scratch, headaches and roadblocks finally we had a web and mac app available that we can test internally.

I ran a global digital agency for the past 2-decades. During my tenure there, I worked with many remote teams. The biggest challenge, throughout the years has been managing the work and communication among the internal team and clients. I've been using several tools to get things done.

Finally an idea came to mind: what if there was one tool that could help me coordinate all communication, tasks and projects and collaboration and files all in one place.
