Building solo is great for shipping code, but scaling requires a different engine. I’ve built Vanguard 35—a zero-IT, plug-and-play mobile platform built directly for industrial shop floors to replace dangerous paper logs and expensive external maintenance contractors with photo-verified task tracking.

The app is fully developed and currently clearing app store review. It features a unique economic model that converts everyday shop-floor savings directly into transparent worker pay increases, turning plant safety into a win-win for everyone.

As a technical builder focused entirely on product excellence, I am looking for a commercial or operational co-founder to take the lead on market outreach, scaling adoption, and driving growth.
