We wanted to share something exciting – we just launched the waitlist for Vartiq, a webhook infrastructure platform we’ve been building for the past few months.

🛠️ Problem we’re solving

Almost every SaaS product eventually needs to send webhooks. But building a reliable outbound webhook system is more painful than most expect:

• Handling retries and exponential backoff

• Dead-letter queues for failed deliveries

• Ensuring idempotency and correct ordering

• Scaling infra to handle spikes

• Building dashboards and logs to debug issues

I’ve built webhook systems at multiple startups before. It always started as a simple POST request – and ended up becoming a mini-infra project no one wanted to maintain.
