Roadmap for 2024

Happy New Year, everyone!

Development is back on track for Veklar in 2024, and here's what we're working on right now:

🔹 Start of development of the Android application, accompanied by major optimisation work on the Veklar frontend.
🔹 Instant messaging system to exchange between users. This is almost sure to be the next major addition to Veklar.
🔹 Planning development tasks for the communities system. We'll be communicating on this very soon!
🔹 Addition of user cards to quickly consult info without going to the profile (by hovering over the username/avatar or by touch on touchscreen devices).
🔹 Improved Architect rewards, including the ability to activate a new visual theme on the user cards mentioned above, and on the profile info section. This system foreshadows what will be done for premium accounts in particular.

We'd like to take this opportunity to point out that the Veklar Architect programme will come to an end in the first part of 2024. The final date will of course be announced in advance! If you want to make sure you get your architect's title before it's too late, go to https://veklar.com/dev

Other projects are also in the pipeline but are not a priority:

🔹 Addition of private statistics so that you can easily consult the statistics of your publications and your profile.
🔹 Adding a translator so you can display a publication in your language with a single click.
🔹 Game lists redesigned so you can filter, organise and search much more efficiently.
🔹 More information on game pages, in particular the game engine so you can quickly find games that run on Unreal 5 for example.

Of course as these projects progress you can also count on a bunch of minor updates that will continually improve Veklar! The next one will be rolled out this week.
