Veld Portfolio
Portfolio analytics for rental real estate investors
Hey everyone, first post here.
I wanted to share what I’m building and why. I have one rental and everything lived in spreadsheets. Whenever I looked for something better, the “real estate” tools were aimed at people running tenant ops: work orders, rent reminders, the full stack. Fine if you need that. I don’t. I wanted portfolio-level numbers: equity and cash flow across properties, plus a way to underwrite a deal before I buy without building another spreadsheet tab.
So I built Veld Portfolio. You add properties and mortgages (including partial ownership if you’re not 100%), get a dashboard with portfolio and per-property metrics, charts, and amortization. There’s rent and value estimates so you’re not always guessing from Zillow screenshots. The deal analyzer is separate from your portfolio: run numbers on a potential buy, save deals, compare them, then promote one to a property if you pull the trigger. You can also import from CSV if you’re migrating off a sheet.
No maintenance tickets, no rent collection. It’s live. I’m not claiming it’s the only option out there, but it’s the small-investor stack I wanted. If you’re in a similar spot and you try it, I’d love to hear what’s confusing or missing. Link’s on my profile.
About
All the real estate software I found was built for property managers, not investors. I wanted equity, cash flow, and deal analysis across my portfolio without a spreadsheet, so I built it myself.
