VELTOR AI
The Operating System for B2B Tech Startups
I'm a solo technical founder building Veltor - AI Operating System for B2B tech startups.
The problem:
90% of startups fail. Top 2 reasons? Running out of cash or customers.
Not because the signals weren't there. They were - scattered across Stripe, CRM, spreadsheets, product analytics.
Your CAC is creeping up. Close rates dropping. Payment terms eating runway. Customers showing churn signals. ICP drifting.
But each signal lives in a different tool. By the time you manually connect the dots, you've lost critical weeks.
What I built:
Multi-agent AI coordinating across Finance, Business, Product, Marketing. Connects your existing tools, spots cross-domain patterns, takes action before crisis.
Real scenario: Sales closed $40K in deals (you're celebrating). CRM shows "$40K MRR added." But Veltor sees: Deal 1 net-90 terms, Deal 2 split payments, Deal 3 quarterly billing. Your bank gets $12K this month, not $40K. Runway: 7 months, not 11.
Veltor drafts renegotiation emails, shows tradeoffs, prevents cash crisis 90 days before it happens.
Tech stack: Multi-agent architecture, each agent specialized (Finance, Business, Product, Marketing). Central orchestrator coordinates cross-domain intelligence. Built the entire core myself.
Questions for IH:
B2B founders: What critical pattern did you miss that hurt your startup?
Be brutal: What would actually make you TRY this vs just upvote?
Building in public, happy to share the journey and answer questions about the architecture, approach, or whatever.
