Hey IH! I just launched Veltora (https://veltora-beta.vercel.app) and wanted to share the journey + get some honest feedback. The problem I kept running into: Every churn prediction tool I've used gives you a risk score with zero context. "72% churn risk" — great. But is that bad? Is it normal for my industry? I had no idea. So I spent months compiling 2024–2025 published churn benchmarks from 35+ companies (Netflix, Salesforce, AT&T, Chase, and more) across 9 industries, and built a weighted logistic regression model calibrated to those benchmarks. What Veltora does: - Takes your customer metrics as input - Runs them through an industry-specific ML model - Returns a risk score with benchmark context — you see how you compare to real companies in your vertical - Portfolio dashboard to explore industry-wide benchmark data What I built it with: React + Vite + Recharts, Clerk for auth, Stripe for payments, deployed on Vercel. Freemium model. Where I'm stuck: Honestly — distribution. The product works, I'm happy with the model, but I'm not sure the best way to reach customer success teams and rev ops folks who would actually pay for this.
