Doubled our pricing and a customer upgraded

Recently we added a blogging CMS to Versoly and did very well on https://www.producthunt.com/posts/blog-by-versoly/

We decided before to change the pricing plans which included increases price increases as the value of the product had also increased massively since launch.

We got a few customers on the higher plan which was great.

In SaaS the holy grail is net negative revenue churn which is when your customers revenue upgrades our more than the customer revenue churn.

This means you grow without doing any marketing. All you have to do is delight your current customers and your MRR will grow.

So one of our older customers upgraded to one of the new plans, which was amazing and a trend we hope will continue.
