Vestimate
Stop rebuilding Excel formulas. Start estimating faster.
Manual formulas. Wrong unit conversions. Outdated prices. One mistake and the whole thing is off.
That's the problem Vestimate solves. Type your dimensions, trace your PDF, or import your DXF - Vestimate runs the construction math automatically.
Built for how PH builders actually work.

The Material Library.
It's your personal price database — updated by you, for your projects.
→ Save supplier-verified prices for any material
→ Add variants (per piece, per box, per kg)
→ Mark prices as supplier-confirmed with a date stamp
→ Vestimate automatically pulls from your library when generating BOMs
So instead of guessing market prices every time, you build up a library of real prices from your actual suppliers.
Your estimates get more accurate the more you use it. https://projectvestimate.netlify.app

Most construction estimating software is built for the US or European market.Wrong material standards. Wrong unit systems. No DPWH format. No local pricing benchmarks.
You end up adapting a foreign tool to a local workflow - and spending more time on the workaround than on the estimate itself.
Vestimate was built the other way around.
Local material standards from day one. DPWH BOQ format built in. Pricing benchmarks calibrated to local market rates.
Built here. For here.

1. Upload your floor plan PDF
2. Set your scale — click two points on a known dimension, type the real-world length
3. Create a layer, assign it to a calculator (CHB Wall, Tiles, Ceiling, etc.)
4. Trace — polylines for lengths, polygons for areas, count dots for fixtures
5. Hit Gen BOM → your full Bill of Materials is generated instantly
Every layer is tagged to a specific calculator. No mismatched units. No manual math. The plan IS the estimate.

Last week I shipped construction estimating software built for Philippine contractors, architects, and builders.
This week I keep refining.
If you missed it:
→ PDF Plan Tracer — trace directly on your floor plans
→ 20+ Smart Calculators pre-calibrated to PH material standards
→ DPWH BOQ export, branded PDF proposals, XLSX and CSV
→ Free to start
Following along is free.

Honestly didn't expect to ship this - built specifically for the niche construction market, from the ground up.
This week I launched something I've been building for a while:
→ PDF Plan Tracer — trace directly on your floor plans
→ 20+ Smart Calculators pre-calibrated to PH material standards
→ DPWH BOQ export, branded PDF proposals, XLSX and CSV
→ Free to start
The launch is almost ending. The building doesn't.

If you're a contractor, architect, or builder in the Philippines and you haven't tried it yet, now's a good time.
Free to use. No credit card. No setup.
Just upload your plan, trace it, and get your BOM.
Would love your feedback — what works, what doesn't, what you wish it had.
Building this in the open. Your input shapes what comes next. 💬

Estimating takes too long, errors are too easy, and no tool was built with the local market in mind. So I built one. PH material pricing. DPWH standards. Local workflows.

My mom asked me to estimate her kitchen renovation. I spent days rebuilding the same Excel formulas I'd used on every previous project — hollow block counts, concrete volumes, waste factors, all from scratch. Every revis

I think the localization is the real advantage here, not the PDF tracing. Global estimating tools usually make local contractors adapt their workflow. Building around local standards, pricing, and DPWH formats means people spend less time translating the software and more time getting estimates out.
