Hey IH,
I've been solo-building VibeWatch for about six months. It's a movie and TV tracker that fills the gap Letterboxd leaves for TV shows and the gap Trakt leaves by looking like a 2012 forum.
The core loop:
- Rate stuff 1-10, build a watched list with stats and filters
- Watchlist with a release calendar that flags new episodes as they air
- See where each title streams in your region
- Optional: connect your Jellyfin or Plex server and stream your own library through the site
- Public profile with a Top 19 grid, shareable custom lists
Free, ad-free, no data selling. Will stay that way because it's a side project and that's the point.
What I'm working on:
- Per-episode progress tracking
- Mobile web polish
- Actually launching the Android app properly
