I’m Jason, COO of VINTAZK Outsourcing, a proudly homegrown BPO based in Zamboanga City, Philippines. Over the past few years, we’ve been on a mission to prove that world-class innovation can start outside the usual tech hubs.

2024 was our year of foundation — we strengthened operations, stabilized attrition, and launched VINTECH, our in-house platform designed to streamline employee engagement, attendance tracking, and analytics.

Now, 2025 is all about “Elevating Excellence, Inspiring Innovation.”

1. Elevating Excellence – Strengthen workforce and leadership through the SAIL Pathway (Service, Accountability, Integrity, Leadership).

2. Inspiring Innovation – Automate processes, build proprietary systems like VINTECH, and empower every department through tech.

💡 What makes us different:

We’re blending Filipino culture and AI innovation — from designing our own AI agents (Tazkie for Operations, Tazkur for Training, Tazcon for Client Engagement, and Tazkia for Marketing) to turning data into daily decisions.

🌊 Our cultural metaphor is the Vinta, a traditional sailboat that represents our journey. Each part — from the sail to the crew — reflects our people, leadership, and vision.

Our goal? To make countryside BPOs globally competitive while staying true to our roots.
