A Vinted Chrome extension
Created a website with the most important pages : home, pricing, faq and waiting list pages. I used Webflow templates to avoid poor design choices, then customized them and worked a few hours on the copy, the faq and pricing page details. Created and indexed the sitemap. Created Google analytics and tag manager accounts. Installed pixels of the most important paid ads platforms such as Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Google ads, Pinterest... and created a few audiences we might need one day.
Created a Vinted account and on a similar platforms. Looked at what the users do in it and started to use Vinted as well to have a better understanding of the platform. Learned a few things and understood what are the main features we needed to create.
Created a MVP roadmap with my mate @jadc.
I had the idea listening to a super cool podcast named The Farmspot (https://farmspot.co/). They talked about that guy having a cool business on Poshmark and how someone should do the same with other plateforms such as Vinted.
I will definitively have to say thanks to those guys as soon as we launch the MVP with my co-founder!
