We do not know how many will convert or hire an immigration service from our marketplace. Still good to see the 800 users who signed up and used the product. 10% are returning which is quite a low % needs to be improved. Most users were acquired from our free visa database SEO. Which as planned would act as a marketing engine to generate free traffic.

We focused on the supply side of our marketplace first. The most challenging part was to onboard non-techy immigration lawyers and experts around the world.
Every country has a certain perception about online business and someone contacting them from abroad. It took us about 8 months to onboard 65 immigration experts in 62 countries. It took us many experiments. I took all the video calls and meeting to pitch and onboard each Expert.
Lots of learning in building the supply side.

We had about 245 inbound leads from top travel companies and airlines contacting us for API products but no one was buying. Learning was that Enterprises are extremely long sales cycles. Covid added to the injury and all the leads postpone their trial of our API. With a limited budget and low resources decided to pivot.

We were matched with the Major Enterprise in Poland to validate our business. It was one of the best programs following MIT's famous discipline Entrepreneurship curriculum.
Our idea completely changed to focus on the visa requirements & travel safety API.

We built the first complete prototype of PZU (the biggest insurance company in Poland) a travel planner 2.0 using our APIs.
At this point, we had become a software development agency. This took away our focus from the main business vision, but as a part of acceleration we got paid a decent amount to sustain the company
