Vobbin
Your AI health coach, built on your data
While building Vobbin, I’m starting to think most fitness apps don’t have a data problem.
Users already track sleep, activity, workouts, calories, recovery, HRV, and more.
The real gap is: what should I do next?
A person may know they slept badly or recovery is low, but still not know whether to train hard, reduce intensity, focus on sleep, or adjust habits.
That’s what I’m exploring with Vobbin: less dashboard, more decision layer on top of health data.
For people building consumer apps, how would you validate this early without overbuilding?
Hey Indie Hackers,
I’m Ashish, and I’m building Vobbin, an AI health and fitness coach that turns health data, sleep, activity, workouts, and nutrition into personalized guidance.
The problem I’m trying to solve: people are tracking more health data than ever, but most apps still leave users with numbers instead of clear answers.
Vobbin exists to help people train smarter, recover better, and understand their body without drowning in data or following generic fitness advice.
I’m starting small, building in public, and learning from real users.
Curious: if you use a wearable or fitness app, what’s one thing you wish it explained better?

Interesting angle.
What stood out to me is that most health apps assume the problem is access to data, while you're assuming the problem is interpretation.
I'd be curious whether users actually struggle with understanding the numbers, or with knowing which action is worth taking next.

Exactly. That’s the core bet I’m trying to validate.
Users may understand the numbers, but still not know what action to take next.
That’s where I want Vobbin to help - less dashboard, more decision layer.

I’m working on Vobbin because fitness has personally changed my life, but I’ve also seen how confusing it can be for most people. Today, people track sleep, workouts, steps, calories, recovery, HRV, and more, but all th
